Absolute Beginners Yoga

This is an introduction to basic yoga poses & healthy alignment. Here you will practice standing asana (poses) such as Mountain, Warrior 1 and 2, Triangle, Downward Facing Dog as well as seated poses. Each pose is broken down and the teacher will instruct the proper use of props to modify or deepen postures. Become more familiar with the terminology, and increase flexibility and strength — at a beginner’s pace. You will also learn to incorporate yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques – a great way to relieve stress.

Beginners Yoga

This is a level 1 Vinyasa class. You will practice standing asana (poses) such as Mountain, Warrior, Triangle, Downward Facing Dog, seated poses, and beginner modifications for backbends and inversions. You will also learn to incorporate yogic breathing while starting to connect poses into a slow flow increasing strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels

Infrared Heated Vinyasa

The INFRARED heaters warm your body primarily and not the air. The warming effect on your body stimulates your cardiovascular system, your immune system, and your lymphatic system. The body responds by sweating. In addition to the Infrared heat triggering sweat, the water in our bodies also resonates with Infrared heat and this helps with the detoxification process. This heat is MORE EFFECTIVE than forced heat so the temperature can be 90 degrees as opposed to the traditional 105 degrees making the class more enjoyable and tolerable.

Open Level Yoga (Intermediate)

This is a Vinyasa Flow Class appropriate for all levels. Basic knowledge of poses is necessary for this class. This class may be more challenging and move faster than a beginner class, but appropriate modifications are always available to make poses accessible to all yogis.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga

A slower-paced class for all levels, from someone who’s never done yoga to advanced practitioners. Glide safely through a few simple flows and then use props to open, expand, and completely relax. Great way to do yoga without risk of injury. Release stress and find balance.

Outdoor Classes

For all outdoor classes, bring your own mat and props. We will have sanitized props available for use if you forget yours. This class is offered seasonally and not available year-round.
